Real value for money
Our commission rates are very competitive and often include services that would incur extra fees elsewhere. Our Landlords Fees page sets out our charges in a clear and transparent schedule so there are no unexpected surprises.
We do not add commission or fees to our contractors’ invoices. You only pay the invoice that we receive from them. No admin fee is applied, and no commission is taken from the contractor. Our team has a diverse range of expertise and a combined experience of over 50 years in the property profession. Working from one office means you will have the same people working for you, who understands your needs and knows your property and tenants, wherever your property is located.
Based in Cranleigh our offices can be found on the High Street making us accessible for Landlords and Tenants alike. Centrally located in the Surrey Hills, we have enough reach to cover Surrey and parts of Hampshire and West Sussex.

We care for your property
We’ll ensure your property complies with all necessary standards and regulations. Repairs and maintenance are carried out by our tried and trusted tradespeople. Typically, inspections are carried out twice a year. This reduces expensive, emergency callouts and quickly flags up necessary repairs.
